This interdisciplinary course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to develop innovative, sustainable, and digitally enabled entrepreneurial solutions for contemporary environmental, social, and business challenges.

By combining creativity techniques, sustainable marketing, AI-powered digitalization, and entrepreneurial innovation, participants learn how to identify opportunities, generate and validate ideas, design sustainable business concepts, and communicate them effectively. Through interactive discussion, case studies, teamwork, digital tools, and practical assignments, students gain hands-on experience in transforming creative ideas into responsible and viable entrepreneurial initiatives that contribute to sustainable development.

This training program is designed to empower students with creative thinking tools and collaborative innovation techniques that will enhance their capacity to solve real-world sustainability challenges. The sessions will introduce students to the fundamentals of sustainable innovation, while nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset and fostering self-confidence in the creative process. Particular emphasis will be placed on applying creativity within green entrepreneurship, helping participants transform ideas into actionable and responsible business models. The complementary mentoring program will provide ongoing support for students who wish to further develop their ideas. Mentors will offer feedback and guidance to help refine students’ green innovation projects, offering a unique opportunity to receive personalized coaching and build long-term motivation for creative, sustainability-driven entrepreneurship.

This training programme provides academic staff with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools to foster creativity, innovation, openness, and sustainability in higher education.

Through four complementary modules, participants will explore creative thinking methodologies, design thinking approaches, open-source software and intellectual property management, and strategies for integrating green and digital innovation into teaching, research, and institutional practice. The programme encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and supports participants in developing innovative teaching practices, research projects, and community engagement initiatives aligned with the principles of sustainability, open science, and the twin green and digital transition. By combining theoretical foundations with hands-on application, the training enables academic staff to design and implement solutions that generate positive educational, societal, and environmental impact.
